Terms of Service
By accessing and using Vorandor services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These Terms describe how the game, website and related services work, what is expected from you as a player, and in which situations we may limit or block access to the game.
§1 Administrator
The administrator and owner of the game is Oskar Szymański, Krotoszyńska 2, 85-378 Bydgoszcz, Poland, NIP: 9671451645, REGON: 520669692 ("Administrator", "we"). The Administrator is also the provider of electronic services in connection with the Vorandor website and game.
§2 Scope
These Terms govern the use of: - the Vorandor game (including client, launcher and servers), - the website vorandor.com and related domains, - player accounts and in-game characters, - current and future paid features (such as VIP / Premium) and virtual currencies, - official support channels and community spaces operated by us. Using the game or website in any way means that you accept these Terms.
§3 Technical requirements
To play the game, you need: - a device with Internet access, - an up-to-date web browser and/or supported game client, - an active email address. You are responsible for providing compatible hardware, software and Internet access. We may update the game over time, which can change the minimum requirements.
§4 Registration and account
1. Registration requires providing an email address and password and accepting these Terms and our Privacy documents. 2. By creating an account you confirm that: - you are at least 16 years old, or - you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian to use the game. 3. Your account is personal and intended for your own use. You must keep your password confidential and protect access to your email address. All actions taken from your account are treated as your actions. 4. We strongly discourage sharing login details with third parties. If you share access (for example for "power levelling" or playing on someone else’s PC), you do so at your own risk and you remain responsible for what happens on the account. 5. We may temporarily block or limit an account in particular when: - we detect a security issue (for example suspected hacking or account theft), - we reasonably suspect serious breaches of these Terms (for example cheats, bots, real-money trading), - this is necessary to protect other players or the stability of the game. 6. You may request deletion of your account via support. Deleting an account permanently removes access to the game and associated characters. Deleting an account does not normally entitle you to a refund for already used paid services or virtual currency (see §7).
§5 Rules of conduct
1. Users agree to use the game in compliance with applicable law, fair play principles and good manners. 2. In particular, the following behaviour is prohibited: - using cheats, bots, clickers, macros, modified clients or any other software that automates or manipulates gameplay; - exploiting bugs, glitches or design errors; significant bugs must be reported via support rather than used for advantage; - using offensive, hateful, vulgar or illegal content, including harassment, threats, hate speech or any content targeting other players or groups; - intentionally disrupting the game or servers, e.g. by flooding, spam or attempts to overload systems; - selling, buying or exchanging accounts, characters, items or in-game currency for real-world money, services or benefits outside the official in-game systems; - using multiple accounts or characters in a way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents game limitations (for example farming with a network of alts or abusing matchmaking); - sharing accounts with third parties for the purpose of botting, cheating or other abusive activity. 3. For the purpose of ensuring security, fighting cheats and enforcing these rules we may process technical data such as IP address, device identifiers and in-game logs. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice.
§6 Content and intellectual property
1. All rights to the Vorandor game, its code, graphic, musical and textual elements belong to Oskar Szymański or its licensors. The game client and all content are licensed, not sold. 2. In-game accounts, characters, names, virtual currencies and items are part of the game service and have no monetary value outside the game. You obtain only a limited, revocable right to use them in accordance with these Terms. 3. Copying, decompiling, reverse-engineering, modifying or unauthorized distribution of the game or its elements is strictly forbidden. 4. You may not sell, rent, trade, gift or otherwise transfer accounts or in-game items and currencies outside of the mechanisms provided by the game, especially for real-world money or other consideration.
§7 Sanctions, paid services and complaints
1. If you breach these Terms, we may apply proportionate measures, including in particular: - a warning, - restriction or permanent blocking of access to the chat or other features, - removal or rollback of in-game currency, items or progress obtained contrary to these Terms, - temporary or permanent blocking of the account. 2. The game is free-to-play. In the future we may offer optional paid services such as VIP / Premium accounts or virtual currencies. Details, including prices and duration, will always be displayed before purchase. 3. If you are a consumer in the European Union and you purchase paid services online, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This right does not apply once we fully provide a digital service (for example activating a VIP account or adding virtual currency) after you have given your express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. 4. We do not provide refunds for: - virtual currency or items already consumed or used in the game, - loss of access resulting from your serious or repeated breach of these Terms (for example permanent bans for cheats or abuse). 5. Complaints about the operation of the game or paid services can be submitted via the support panel or to [email protected]. A response will be provided within 14 days. We will do our best to resolve issues fairly and transparently.
§8 Governing law and final provisions
1. The agreement between the user and the administrator is governed by Polish law. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of their country of residence also apply. 2. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. 3. We may update these Terms in particular when we change the game, introduce new features (such as VIP / Premium) or when the law requires it. The current version of the Terms will always be available on the website with the date of the last update. 4. If you continue to use the game after changes enter into force, this is treated as acceptance of the new version. If you do not accept the changes, you should stop using the game and may request deletion of your account. 5. Vorandor is an online service that may evolve over time. Temporary interruptions (for example maintenance, patches, technical issues) may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the stability of the game, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
